Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Acquisition Systems, your role is to manage, serve and communicate with our clients, as well as ideate campaign strategy. This is a perfect opportunity for previous Outbound Agency owners to take home more profit by joining a fast growing company, focusing only on the strategy and high-level thinking as opposed to manual tasks such a list building.

💼 Responsibilities
Help clients define their Ideal Customer Profile based on our trainings
Help clients define their Core Offer & Front-End Offer based on our trainings
Come up with strategy for campaigns on LinkedIn, Cold Email & Cold Calling including:
Writing Step 1, 2 & 3 of the campaign
Ideating the lead list for your campaign to be built by the list building team
Writing Follow-up & Response Handling Sequences
Continuously communicate and update clients, including:
Daily progress updates via Slack
2x a week strategy reports via Slack
Bi-weekly calls
Communicate with SDRs/Appointment Setters to help them execute Response Handling for your campaigns as well as your Cold Calling strategy.

Clients have 4+ campaigns live every single month across LinkedIn & Email
Clients book 40-60 meetings a month at a minimum
Clients are always up-to-date on whats happening and when
❗ Requirements
Previously ran Cold Email Campaigns on Smartlead, Instantly or EmailBison.
Previous experience managing an Inbox Manager or SDR.
Previously managed 10-20 clients at a single time.
An understanding of what makes a good offer.
An understanding of the cold email / outbound space
Ideally previously ran your own lead generation agency

This role is 100% remote and the team you will be working with is also remote.
Ideally, the location we're looking to hire from is United Kingdom or United States.
💰 Compensation
OTEs for this role are $8,000 - $15,000+ dependant on performance.
We give a base-pay with performance incentives based on meetings booked.
