As a Cold Email Specialist at Acquisition Systems, your role involves managing a full cold email system to book calls for our clients. This role is fully remote and is a full-time contract position which gives you the opportunity to work with successful marketing agencies.

Cold Email Specialist Responsibilities:
As a CES, your responsibilities include:
Crafting effective cold email campaigns:
Extensive market research to understand the target market and segmenting correctly
Writing compelling copy that targets specific pain points to encourage someone to take action
Scrape lead lists from B2B databases based on market research and clean/format lead lists to minimise bounce rate
Following industry best practices for deliverability and compliance
Configuring campaigns in sending tool
Continually optimise campaigns based on data to maximise results:
Analyse data from previous campaigns to iterate and create new angles
Monitor campaign performance in real time to ensure maximum deliverability and performance
Keeping up with current market trends to ensure new angles are current and don’t become overused
Manage deliverability to ensure all emails land in the inbox:
Monitor email account reputation and change settings when needed
Ensure any issues with email account reputation are dealt with as quickly as possible
Check all campaigns to ensure deliverability best practices are followed
Build a long-term relationship with the client:
Act as the primary point of contact for the client when it comes to all things cold email
Communicate results effectively to the client so they are always up to date with how their system is performing
Ensure all promises made to the client are kept and all work is delivered on time

Experience working in a social setting or in a digital agency
Previous experience in marketing, specifically copywriting or outbound marketing
Entrepreneurial experience
What You'll Do:
We’re a fast-growing startup, and your responsibilities will vary over time, but these core responsibilities will always remain the same:
Daily:
Monitoring campaign performance
Carrying out market research to create new copy angles
Managing domain reputation to ensure emails land in the primary inbox
Scraping new lead lists to add to existing campaigns or create new ones
Weekly:
Overall performance check to ensure KPIs will be met for the month
As Needed:
Take check-in calls with clients and inbox manager
Take strategy calls with other team members
What You Can Expect In Your First Year:
Within 1 Months
Complete initial onboarding
Complete all training necessary to manage a cold email system
Write your first pieces of copy to be reviewed
Within 3 Months
Be fully proficient in creating cold email campaigns that perform well and meet KPIs
Have booked at least 30 calls for an internal offer
Be assigned to a specific offer you will work on long term and conduct market research so you are prepared to enter the industry
Have your first experience working with a client by writing copy for a campaign and testing how it performs against other campaigns
All work up until this point will be monitored and critical feedback given
Within 6 Months
Start managing your own cold email system on behalf of a client
Become autonomous and in control of your own income
Beyond 6 Months
Work with multiple clients at once
Become a team leader and manager other Cold Email Systems Managers or move into other roles within the company such as closer
